Habitat: River valleys, dry steppe, gravelly
arid steppe neat water sources. Non breeders gather in flocks and stay near
lakes, rivers and pool during the whole summer. Most individuals prefer dry
open habitats near lakes and rivers, hill sides, slopes, in top of hills,
mountain valleys and wheat fields.
